About Us
Creative Custom Renovations (CCR) is a licensed and insured general contracting company. We pride ourselves on honesty, meticulous attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism. We never cut corners and deliver the highest quality product while keeping our pricing competitive. We treat your home like our own and strive for perfection in all that we do. Chad and Aaron bring over 40 years of combined experience in construction and customer service. Started in 2016, CCR is locally owned and owner-operated.
Chad Hasselbach
Owner
Chad brings more than 25 years of construction experience to the CCR team. His passion for building began at an early age, working on motorcycles, automotive projects, fences, and barns on his family’s property. Over the years, he developed expertise across a wide range of residential and commercial trades, building a reputation as a versatile problem-solver with a talent for finding practical solutions in the field.
Chad has worked in property maintenance, residential remodeling, and commercial projects. With professional training as a home inspector, Chad is known as a true jack of all trades who enjoys tackling complex challenges with creativity, skill, and attention to detail.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons – a rambunctious 7-year-old who keeps everyone on their toes and a 20-year-old who is a second-year commercial plumbing apprentice.
Aaron Sorensen
Owner
Aaron brings more than 25 years of construction experience to the CCR team. He grew up on job sites and began framing houses at age 15 while working alongside his father, a custom home builder. Over the years, Aaron gained hands-on experience in nearly every phase of construction, developing a deep understanding of the building process from the ground up.
Aaron’s expertise spans excavation, foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, tile, and finish carpentry, with a particular passion for trim and finish work. Known for his craftsmanship and broad technical knowledge, Aaron is committed to delivering exceptional results on every project.
Aaron lives in Longmont with his wife, their two daughters, Teddy the dog, and a flock of chickens. He enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, biking, and climbing with his family.
